Your LOBO order will be dispatched by 12pm on the following working day of being placed. Orders will only be dispatched Monday - Friday, and orders placed over a weekend or on a public holiday in the state of Victoria, will be dispatched the next business day.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We are confident you will love your LOBO’s however, if you have a change of mind you can return your shoes within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting hello@lobofootwear.com. Items must be unused and in the condition they were received in.

If you have any issues or feedback with the usability of our mechanism, we would love to hear from you at hello@lobofootwear.com to ensure a refund or replacement has been actioned.

INSTRUCTIONS

How it Works  

  1. Purchase your pair of LOBO's that come with a 9cm high and 2.5cm low heel attachment. 
  2. Add our 6cm middie height to your cart if you would like to have that option. 
  3. To attach the heel ensure the marker on the metal piece of the heel lines up with the top left of the metal piece on the sole and twist right (clockwise) to lock the mechanism.
  4. To detach the heel, push in the heart button and twist the heel to your left (anticlockwise) to unlock.
  5. Throw the unused heel into your handbag and enjoy your newfound freedom    

Tips & Tricks

  • Your lobo heel will fit tight at first however, as you use it more often it will loosen and become more comfortable.
  • If you are having trouble unlocking the heel, push in the heart button and twist RIGHT first, and then left.
  • If you are having trouble locking in your heel, readjust your grip and add some force.

Issues, Faults & Feedback

We understand there may be some faulty items in assembly and we want to hear from you right away if this is the case to ensure a full refund or replacement is actioned immediately.
